November, 1943. A note reaches Mateo beneath the bunks of Falkenried. Prisoners will be transferred before winter. Somewhere beyond the watchtowers, there is still a way home.

The Winter List is a cinematic 3D stealth adventure about preparing a collective escape. Learn the camp's daily rhythm, earn the trust of fellow prisoners and turn ordinary objects into the beginnings of an impossible plan.

A spoon. A scrap of paper. A guard looking the other way. Freedom begins with small things.

Build the escape, one secret at a time

• Watch, blend in, act. Read patrols and daily routines. Use cover, distractions and well-timed movements to work beneath the guards' notice.
• Earn your allies. Talk, help and build trust. The people around you remember what you do, and their support can change your chances.
• Make the camp work for you. Choose how to prepare your route, improvise tools, protect documents and keep a fragile underground passage alive.
• Live a four-act campaign. Explore barracks, the yard, the railway workshop and the spaces beneath the camp. Your preparations and choices shape the ending.
• Keep the plan alive. A capture costs time and can mean confiscated equipment and tighter surveillance. Recover what you can and find your next opening.
• Step into the story. 3D play alternates with illustrated cinematic scenes, spoken dialogue and an atmospheric score. Text and voices are available in English and Spanish.

Play

Play in your browser or download the Windows, macOS or Linux version. Use fullscreen and headphones for the best sense of the camp. Choose your language on the title screen, then select New operation.

Keyboard: WASD / arrow keys to move · hold Shift for cautious movement · E to interact or continue a story scene · Q or P for the escape plan · G to throw a distraction when carrying a suitable object · Esc to pause or close a panel.

Controller: left stick / D-pad to move · bottom face button to interact · hold right face button for cautious movement · top face button for the plan · Menu / Start to pause. Touch controls are also available; use landscape orientation.

Your operation saves locally. Select Continue operation to return to it. Browser and desktop saves are separate; starting a new operation replaces the saved one.

About the project

An independent project inspired by the tension and curiosity of classic escape adventures. Falkenried and its story are fictional, set against the experience of wartime imprisonment.

AI disclosure: AI tools assisted development and the production of visual art, 3D assets and animation, cinematic video, voices, music and sound effects. These audiovisual assets are produced in advance and included in the game.

The Winter List es una aventura de sigilo en 3D con narrativa cinematográfica sobre la preparación de una fuga colectiva. Aprende el ritmo del campo, gánate la confianza de los demás presos y convierte objetos cotidianos en el principio de un plan imposible.

Construye la fuga, secreto a secreto

• Observa, mézclate y actúa. Aprende las patrullas y los horarios. Usa coberturas, distracciones y el momento preciso para trabajar sin despertar sospechas.
• Gánate a tus aliados. Habla, ayuda y construye confianza. Quienes te rodean recuerdan lo que haces, y su apoyo puede cambiar tus posibilidades.
• Haz que el campo trabaje a tu favor. Elige cómo preparar la ruta, improvisa herramientas, protege documentos y mantén con vida un paso bajo tierra.
• Vive una campaña de cuatro actos. Recorre los barracones, el patio, el taller ferroviario y los espacios bajo el campo. Tus preparativos y decisiones dan forma al desenlace.
• Mantén vivo el plan. Una captura cuesta tiempo y puede traer material confiscado y más vigilancia. Recupera lo que puedas y busca la siguiente oportunidad.
• Entra en la historia. El juego en 3D alterna con escenas cinematográficas ilustradas, diálogos con voz y una banda sonora atmosférica. Textos y voces en español e inglés.

Empieza la operación

Juega en el navegador o descarga la versión para Windows, macOS o Linux. Activa la pantalla completa y ponte auriculares para sentir el campo de cerca. Elige el idioma en el menú y pulsa Nueva operación.

Teclado: WASD / flechas para moverte · mantén Mayús para caminar con cautela · E para interactuar o continuar una escena · Q o P para el plan de fuga · G para lanzar una distracción si llevas un objeto adecuado · Esc para pausar o cerrar un panel.
